Amanda will walk alongside through the counselling/psychotherapy process to help identify your strengths, and resources to build resilience. They will also help you identify any unhealthy patterns that may be occurring and how to replace with more healthy alternatives. Amanda will collaborate with you to match therapy to your unique individual needs. The goals of therapy are mutually agreed upon by the client and therapist and can change as therapy progresses.
