About Me
Hello, I’m Amanda, Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I’m passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I am based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast (Sankofa House Nambour) however I offer telehealth Australia Wide.
I am a business woman, mum (& step mum) and wife. I have lived experience with grief/loss, trauma and living with chronic illness.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Graduate Diploma in counselling with a specialisation in child, youth and families. I am finalising the last subjects in my Master's of counselling in 2026. I am a registered with ACA (Australian Counselling Association).
My practice is a trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming, collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences safely. Through empowering individuals to uncover their strengths and resources supporting their unique therapy journey. Whilst exploring the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
I work with individuals, couples, Teens, and parents, supporting stronger connections, clearer communication, and emotional understanding in relationships.
Whether you’re seeking support through a challenging time, wanting to improve relationships, striving for personal growth, or another reason, I am ready to support you.
Together, we move at your pace — focusing on awareness, healing, and growth.
